Foza GDI 2017
Video starts from Romano d'Ezzelino, with 6 easy kilometers.
this way is part of the twentieth stage of Giro d'Italia 2017 (Pordenone-Asiago).
After a little warm up, we starts climb to Asiago plateau, that is 13,9 Km long, with an elevation of 899 Mtr and a max slope of 10,5%.
After the climb, we arrive to Foza, and we pass trough the fantastic plateau, that is the origin of Asiago cheese. The town was the site of a major battle between Austrian and Italian forces on the Alpine Front of World War I.
Then we go down to Cogollo del Cengio, where video ends.

you will be nicely warmed up from the first part of the ride when you reach the climb. Which is a pretty nice one, not too steep but very scenic. The route on the plateau is fantastic, indeed. Again another really good video!
